Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Duburu. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 

Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. 
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items that show signs of wear or damage may not qualify for a refund.

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Earrings
- Final sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Customized or special-order items (if applicable)

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
- Please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at info@duburu.com so we can resolve it promptly.
