- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, new drops), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping will be added soon.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and weight.

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery windows (after processing):

- Canada: 2–4 business days

- United States: 4–7 business days

Please note: These are estimates. Weather delays, customs processing, or courier issues may affect delivery times.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can track your shipment via:

- Your carrier’s website

- The “Order Tracking” page on our site

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

- Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees.

- These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

- Duburu is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Shipping Address Requirements

- Please ensure your address is accurate and complete.

- Duburu is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

- Once an order is handed over to the carrier, it is their responsibility.

- If your package is lost or delayed, we are happy to assist at info@duburu.com.

9. Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If a package is returned due to an invalid address, refusal, or missed delivery attempts:

- Customers are responsible for reshipment fees.

- Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping costs.
